A large Retailer needed to lock up expensive inventory that was missing each week during inventory counts. Back room space is always tight. Astoria Tenant Storage Lockers provide spacious Storage on Steinway Street

Last month a Property Manager in Astoria asked us to stop by. They were considering what they can do with their basement areas. Upon arrival we noticed the basement rooms had been filled with furniture no longer used or being saved. LockersUSA suggested a layout to allow all residents to have a secure, storage space. measurement were taken. The next day our draftsman provided a drawing that would allow for 50 Tenant Storage Lockers. Each unit would be 4ft w x 4ft x 8ft h. The layout, quote and sample tenant storage locker was installed for all to see. During the board meeting just after Thanksgiving the property manager gave us the order. The delivery and installation was completed in early December.
 Our all Welded Galvanized Lockers were well received by all. Each locker comes with a built in steel encased cylinder lock for added security. ADA lockers were also installed in both rooms.
