Tenant Storage Lockers installed on Laight St in Tribeca provides on-site secure storage. Equiptall based in Manhattan was asked to provide a layout and quote to a Co-op Board. The basement previously was filled with construction materials. By clearing the basement and installing 50 Tenant Storage Lockers the board was able to charge a minimal rent for storage and generate $75,000 per year. Equiptall provided a complimentary on site layout. It was determined that 50 Tenant Storage Lockers would fit in the basement. the locker size provided was 3Wx4Dx90H each locker is all galvanized 4ga welded wire. The doors came with our exclusive lock bars and hasps. Backed with a Lifetime Warranty the Tenant Storage Lockers will provide decades of maintenance free use to the building.
