Tenant Storage Lockers have been added to a Co-op building on West 15th St in NYC. Residents who had been storing their material off-site realized a 1/3rd cost saving, Plus the peace of mind knowing their valuables were secure in their own basement. The board president gave Equiptall a call and asked if we can provide a layout for tenant storage lockers. One of our project managers met with the board president and brought down to the basement. The room was filled with miscellaneous building materials, old furniture and bikes. Our Project manager took dimensions and information on the amount of residents. The next morning a layout was sent over detailing how the room can be transformed into a User Friendly Tenant Storage Room for 38 units. Each unit was designated a 4ft wide x 5ft deep x 8ft high tenant storage locker. Several weeks later the material arrived and was installed. Equitptall 4ga Galvanized, with all welded grid openings was well received. Each Locker came with a Lock bar. welded hasps, tops. And some tenants chose to have shelves installed in their locker.

The building was able to have a return on their investment within 8 months. Revenue Generated by the investment is $57,000. per year which is even greater with the Lifetime Warranty Provided by Equiptall.
